Since 1993, some of the members of the firm have been affiliated with Real Estate Investment, Co., a privately held investment company, which finances investors and rehabbers who develop primarily residential properties in and around the Delaware Valley.

Its clients purchase distressed real estate, renovate the properties and either re-sell or rent them.

The company has been in existence over 20 years. Its predecessors for over 60 years.
