David Banks, Senior Partner:
His primary duties in the firm consist of representation of leasing companies, banks and hedge funds. His background in investing and finance enables him to understand the lenders’ point of view while being sensitive to a borrowers’ issues in collection work and litigation, the major part of the firm’s activities. He is active in workouts, bankruptcies and both sides of lender liability actions.
David has lectured at universities and other schools and has been a guest speaker on television and radio. He has experience as an Executive Vice President, Loan Officer and R.E.O. officer for a savings and loan and is familiar with the many phases of lender liability, class actions, predatory lending and other civil litigation.
Barton M. Banks, Partner:
Mr. Banks has practiced in the areas of: Business, Real Estate Purchasing & Sales, Financing, Commercial Law, Domestic Relations, Estate Planning & Administration and Litigation. He has a J.D. from Temple University.
Bart has been a guest on radio and television shows and is a published author. He has lectured at local universities on Real Estate financing, collections, banking and other law related topics. He is a former bank president and has managed several investment companies, publicly and privately held.
Christopher Sperring, Associate Attorney:
An associate attorney, he graduated Magna Cum Laude from Lock Haven University in 2012 with a degree in History and earned his J.D. from Villanova Law. He is currently admitted to practice in Pennsylvania. His experience includes, Real Estate, Personal Injury, Immigration, Domestic Relations and General Practice.
He is a first generation college graduate and through his experiences, he has developed an understanding of the critical nature of practicing law.
When not in the office, Christopher is an avid reader and enjoys reading about history, politics and philosophy. He also enjoys traveling the country and hiking our National Parks.
