David Banks, Senior Partner:

     His practice primarily focuses on fraud, creditor's and debtor's rights, foreclosures, loan modifications, workouts, bankruptcies, and civil litigation. He has extensive experience with representing leasing companies, banks and hedge funds. His background in investing and finance enables him to understand the lenders’ point of view while being sensitive to a borrowers’ issues in collection work and litigation, the major part of the firm’s activities.

      David obtained his J.D. from Temple Unviersity. He has lectured at universities and other schools and has been a guest speaker on television and radio. He has experience as an Executive Vice President, Loan Officer and R.E.O. officer for a savings and loan and is familiar with the many phases of lender liability, class actions, predatory lending and other civil litigation.
